What is the Chinese New Year?
The Chinese New Year marks the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar. It celebrates the arrival of spring, drives away bad luck, and welcomes good fortune. The festival begins on the first new moon between late January and February
Each year is associated with one of 12 Zodiac animals. This year is year of the Fire Horse. The Horse symbolizes energy, freedom, and lively spirit.
Craft & Social will be joining in the celebrations by holding a selection of Chinese inspired craft sessions, along with offering a special Chinese lunch.
